Consent context — Amplitude guide

Wrote a short guide on how to build consent context for Amplitude leveraging some its particular features.

As a reminder:

"Consent context is the practice of contextualising which other types of consent were granted by a user when a data point was captured (beyond the consent type required to store the data in the first place)."
